I think one of the most important qualities a realtor can have is the ability to listen to what the client is asking for then deliver it. This is a huge value to buyers and sellers. I am a great listener, and my reviews back that up, Im also good at guiding and navigating my clients through the sometimes very tricky process of a real estate transaction. I started buying and selling real estate in Bend in 2000, since my first purchase in Oregon I've owned many homes and built a few businesses that have thrived growing to over 50 employees before selling in 2007, at that time I began flipping homes which led to my love for real estate and serving many people in the process. I love working with all kinds of people, from all walks of life in fact; it's my greatest joy to meet a person I would not have known otherwise and to become friends over a period of time. I've always said that people are what make life worth living, and that is why so many people come to Central Oregon to improve the quality of life they have and to meet new people that will impact their lives, in fact that's what brought my wife and I with our four children to Bend over 20 years ago from the busy Bay Area in California, we have never regretted it for a moment!
